Thank you for shopping at AETERNA MODS (or [Your Brand Name]). We take great pride in our hand-assembled timepieces and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Because each of our watches is custom-built and meticulously calibrated to order, we have established a fair and transparent return policy in alignment with international e-commerce standards.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a  ‘30-day return policy’, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your watch must be in the exact same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn, unused, and undamaged.
  • All original protective plastics, wraps, and stickers on the crystal, case back, and bracelet must be fully intact and ‘unremoved’.
  • It must be returned in the original watch box and packaging, including any included tools, warranty cards, or spare links.

Note: Any item that shows signs of wear, sizing (links removed), or has the protective plastics removed cannot be accepted for a return.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Because our timepieces are individually custom-crafted, **the buyer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs** (including tracking and insurance), unless the return is due to a verifiable manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for packages lost in transit during return.

3. Damages and Issues (Manufacturing Defects)

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately within **48 hours of delivery** if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Each watch undergoes a rigorous 24-hour timekeeping calibration and pressure test before shipping. However, if there is a genuine mechanical malfunction with the movement within our warranty scope, please email us at [your-email@domain.com] with:

  1. Your Order Number
  2. A clear photo or short video showing the issue.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Customized orders with bespoke modifications requested by the customer (e.g., personalized dial print or engraving).
  • Items purchased on final clearance or sale.

5. Refunds and Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal, Credit Card, etc.) within **5-7 business days**. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

How to Initiate a Return?

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@shaverme.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
