Thank you for choosing AETERNA MODS. We are dedicated to delivering your bespoke timepieces safely and efficiently to your doorstep, no matter where you are in the world.

Because each of our watches is individually hand-assembled, calibrated, and rigorously pressure-tested by our builders, our shipping process consists of two distinct phases: Handling Time and Shipping Time.

1. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Standard Orders: Please allow 2 to 4 business days for our watchmakers to assemble, inspect, and test your timepiece before it is securely packed and dispatched.
  • Custom / Bespoke Requests: If you have requested a completely personalized dial, hand-engraving, or specific rare component modifications, processing may take 5 to 7 business days.
  • Please note: We do not dispatch orders on weekends or official public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

We are proud to offer FREE Standard Insured Shipping Worldwide on all watch orders.

Expedited Shipping Option: Need your watch sooner? We offer DHL / FedEx / UPS Express shipping at checkout for a flat rate of $35.00 USD. Express delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days worldwide after dispatch.

3. Tracking Your Order

We believe transparency is key to a premium horology experience.

  • As soon as your package is handed over to the courier, an automated email containing your Tracking Number and a direct tracking link will be sent to you.
  • You can conveniently track the real-time status and journey of your shipment directly on our website by visiting our [Track Your Order] page (using our integrated 17TRACK tracking system). Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s network.

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

  • For the vast majority of our shipments to the US, UK, and EU, packages successfully pass through customs without additional fees due to our optimized customs declaration protocols.
  • However, please be aware that the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. AETERNA MODS is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by your local government. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Every single watch shipped under our Standard or Express option is 100% Insured.
  • If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, or if the package arrives damaged due to rough courier handling, please contact us within 48 hours at support@shaverme.com.
  • We will immediately open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost or irreparably damaged in transit, we will build and ship a brand-new replacement watch to you completely free of charge.

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete. If a package is returned to our studio due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fees.

If you realize you have made an error in your shipping address, please email us at support@shaverme.com within 12 hours of placing your order so we can manually update it before dispatch.
