1. INDEPENDENT WORKSHOP & BRAND DISCLAIMER (CRITICAL)
- AETERNA MODS is a strictly independent custom watch modification workshop.
- We are NOT affiliated with, authorized, sponsored, endorsed, or in any way officially connected with Rolex, Seiko Corporate, or any other luxury watch manufacturer or their subsidiaries.
- The watches sold on this Site are custom-built, bespoke timepieces hand-assembled by our builders. While we utilize authentic Japanese automatic movements (such as the Seiko NH35A) as the internal power source, the external components (including cases, bezels, dials, and hands) are premium, unbranded or custom-branded aftermarket homage parts.
- By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you are buying a custom hand-crafted tribute/homage watch and not a product manufactured by any luxury brand.
2. ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services and order cancellations.
3. ACCURACY OF PRICING AND PRODUCT MODIFICATIONS
- Prices for our custom timepieces are subject to change without notice.
- Because each watch is hand-built to order based on international parts availability, we reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a specific custom watch configuration (or any part thereof) without notice at any time.
- We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
4. PRODUCTS, ASSEMBLY, AND CUSTOMIZATION
- We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our watches that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
- Each timepiece is unique due to the nature of manual assembly. Minor micro-variations that do not affect the performance, water resistance, or overall luxury aesthetic of the watch are normal characteristics of bespoke horology.
- We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
5. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers/expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
6. ENFORCEMENT AGAINST MALICIOUS CHARGEBACKS
- We stand fully behind our craftsmanship and provide clear channels for refunds, replacements, and a 1-year movement warranty.
- By purchasing from this Site, you agree that in the event of any shipping delay, defect, or dissatisfaction, you will contact our support team (support@shaverme.com) first to seek an amicable resolution.
- Malicious Chargebacks / Friendly Fraud: Any customer who initiates an unannounced or fraudulent chargeback through their credit card company or PayPal without first contacting our customer service will have their warranty permanently voided. We reserve the right to submit this legally binding Terms of Service, along with full tracking data and packaging videos, to financial institutions to contest and reverse the chargeback.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws governing international e-commerce and commercial trade protocols.
